indoors looking out

indoors looking out is a collaboration between the Battersea-based artist Stephen Graham and the poet Hilaire, forged in the constrained circumstances of lockdown. Each page shows a haiku or tanka by Hilaire, based on observations from her second-floor window on a Battersea estate. The poems are presented in a new script created by Graham and decorated throughout. Hilaire is donating £1 from each sale to Refuge, a charity that supports women, children and men who are victims of domestic violence.
